Description | |||
Employability Skills | |||
Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to design and evaluate systems and networks to resolve specialised telecommunications network problems.It applies to individuals who analyse, calculate and solve complex mathematical engineering problems for advanced telecommunication systems requiring numerical simulation.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. | ||
Duration and Setting | X weeks, nominally xx hours, delivered in a classroom/online/blended learning setting. Gather evidence to demonstrate consistent performance in conditions that are safe and replicate the workplace. Noise levels, production flow, interruptions and time variances should be typical of those experienced in the telecommunications networks engineering field of work and include access to: networked computers simulation software relevant documentation a range of industry scenarios or workplace examples. Assessors of this unit must satisfy the requirements for assessors in applicable vocational education and training legislation, frameworks and/or standards. |
